Term Programs

We provide a range of arty outlets for those who love to make, design, craft, paint, cut, draw, construct, mould, carve, sew, glue…Non stop. All day. 24/7!

With after-school and homeschool (day) options for our term programs, all children have the opportunity to create with us!

Creative Mindset

Our art-based wellbeing program focuses on strengthening social, emotional and mental wellbeing through conversational art and creative processes.

$320 / term

  • Each term circulates around a familiar theme that our children commonly experience as they grow. These themes can often impact, influence or shape our children’s development, thinking, self-belief and relationships i.e. Identity, Friendships, Emotions, Conflict. As educators, we know how important it is for our children to learn about these themes and share in their experiences with their peers earlier in life in order for them to process and cope as independent young adults - and what a better and more relaxed way of doing this, than through conversational art?!

As we create, we discuss workshop themes and use art as a tool to help our creators process, understand, make connections and express themselves. This program is not an art therapy service nor is it a Visual Arts program. It’s a practical and effective approach to Social and Emotional Learning. We will still be having fun and using a range of mediums, but will be learning more specifically about ourselves in the process! See our Term 2 Creative Mindset Topic!

Create & Connect

Find confidence, connection and creativity through this arty outlet! Purposefully designed to support all learners.

Surrounding a new theme, artists and mediums each term, our creators learn to trust in themselves, let go of expectations and have fun whilst making fellow creative friends at the same time! Each week builds onto the previous one, ending in a final product that gets displayed in our local Corinda library. Take a look at our Term 2 topic and artists!

Through our VALUES…

Respect and kindness is important - to others, all living things, Country, right down to the materials we use and create with. However, we must show respect and kindness to ourselves too. Each of us have our own story - some more complex than others - but everyone and everything is equal and worthy of the same respect and kindness, ad this includes ourselves!

Everyone’s words, thoughts and feelings matter and are important. We use art to express ourselves freely and to relax our minds. Expression is a powerful tool, which helps us communicate, process and connect. But it does also involve responsiblity. We must be mindful and respectful in how we express ourselves and in the words we use with others.

We are all unique and that is beautiful! Others inspire us but we love and find acceptance in our identities. We are proud of, take care of and are accountable for the person we are and of our ideas and choices. Copying is never an option!

Think about how boring a pack of crayons would be if it was filled with just one colour? Ew!

…we can ACHIEVE

A brighter future for our young people, where open and judgement-free conversations surrounding mental health can be had without stigma, self-doubt or fear of rejection. We want all children to grow up believing and trusting in themselves, their instincts and their skillsets, knowing that it’s ok to love themselves and talk about feelings.

Important Reminder!

We want every child to enjoy their experience at our Artlet workshops. Please ensure that you notify Artlet of all needs and requirements of your child(REN) are shared with us upon booking so that we can provide them with the best support possible and maximise their engagement and safety. Needs may include, but are not limited to - dietary, allergies, behavioural, physical, learning, emotional needs.

Our workshops allow for 15 children to one adult facilitator so unfortunately individual instruction is not possible. If your child requires 1:1 support or attention to assist them in working independently, please get in touch to discuss private and smaller group options. Failing to advise us on your child’s needs can be dangerous for everybody involved in our workshops - especially when crafting tools and materials are used. Safety is our priority for all our students and failure to notify us may result in your booking being cancelled without a refund or credit.
